The Break Up

Water pours from the sky
Heavy like the tears from her eyes
As she stands in front of me
And I say my final good bye

Are the only words from my lips
As she swears at me
And hits me with her fists

A break up like no other
Another heart I've broken
A story that's been ruined
An incomplete chapter in her soul

And I said..
Why couldn't we be meant to be
Why couldn't you believe in me
Why couldn't you just see
That I need to fulfill a destiny..

And she said..
What about your promises
What about our future
Why are you so selfish
What did I do wrong..

And we stand together
Face to face in the cold
And I turn and walk away
And she reaches for my hand

She pulls me in and we kiss
A feeling I'm going to miss
And I look into her eyes
And say again to her, good bye..

Love Dance

I was sad..
Until I saw her dance
Then I was lost in her eyes
And the passion from her movement
She swayed side to side
And moved her hand high
While pulling me into her
And I felt like I was next to her..
When she breathes I see the notes
Of the song that she dances to
Now I am caught in her rhythm
I am lost in the feeling

The notes from her lips sparkle in color
Each step she takes looks like she's floating on water
So graceful and soulful as she moves her hands
She is the force that creates a love dance

And it is because of her soul
That I feel connected
That I think she's a blessing
To the entire earth
I am no longer sad
Cause she dances from the heart
And I know that brighter days will come
Cause she is in the world!

Change/ The Introduction

Just when you feel like you have everything
The wind blows
The stars fall from alignment
The water turns to ice
And you are left with the feeling of nothing

You are at the crossroads to a destiny

A journey you cannot remember

A path you cannot see

But a life you feel in your dreams

Change is a constant in life
And as you try to roll with the punches
You're left with bruises and scars
That remind you of the past

You pray each night

While tears flow from you eyes

And you try to keep your head high

While looking towards the sky

Alone and confused with no one to talk to
And no one can understand
The pain that's within you
And what it feels like to lose a lover or daughter or brother and mother

So you push towards the future, alone..

Changing your life and all that you do

And introduce to the world, a new you!

October Love

Temperature rises & falls as the leaves change colors & drop to the ground. It is within that subtle moment of change when I realize that no one life can remain the same..

We are in constant transition at all times. Forever changing both on the in & outside of these fragile bodies that consume our souls..

True beauty unfolds
but it is never told
to us while we sit
& watch in the cold..

Through laughter & tears
Have no fear
Its better to live now
then wait for what is near..

Month to month & day by day change will be forever with us. October Love stays within our hearts as we layer on another season of fashion..

& it is within a moment of passion that we strive to be better then the one we see in the mirror. & it is within 5 seconds that we can experience a metamorphosis towards our entire life..
